Ice Cool-Prothom Alo Debate festival featuring the 4th Children’s, 14th Inter-School, 4th Inter-College & 12th Inter-Club Bengali Debate festival 2008 will begin from July 20th at the Viqarunnisa Noon School and College. Organized by viqarunnisa noon debating club, the registration form and other information are available on the VDC website: www.vdcbd.org. The festival is free for all interested individuals.
