A seminar on Emerging call center industry will take place at the Celebration Hall of Dhaka Regency HoTEL on July 26 from 10 am till 4pm.
The seminar, divided into two sessions, will focus on issues like setting up call centers (Vijay Gandhi, MD, GIPL, India), business prospect of call center (Gp Capt M Mostafizur Rahman, ndc, psc (Retd.), CEO, ADEPTMAXX service), Call center software/CRM Exhibition (Amrit Khuranna, MD, Inspire Tech, India) and Importance of Call centre training (Golam Kibria Jewel, MD, ICCT, Bangladesh). The chief guests are Hafiz G. A Siddiqui, VC, NSU. Md Faizullah Khan, Ex-President, Bangladesh Computer Samity and Muhammad Kamaluddin, Former Ambassador will be the specials guests at the event.
