A ten-day long Thai Food Festival ic currently going on at the Taste restaurant of the Westin Dhaka. The festival, which began May 3, is a part of ‘presenting guest chefs of Asia 2008' programme.
The guest chefs from Thailand- Thongchai Khutanon and Rassamee Pratrairaj from the hotel of Westin Grand Sukhumvit of Bangkok - will showcase their much palatable dishes at the Taste Restaurantduring the fair.
Varity of authentic Thai foods will be available for food lovers in the starter, main course and dessert menus at dinner at the Taste Restaurant including sour and tangy fruit salad, spicy chicken, shrimp and glass noodle salad, seafood salad with Thai herbs, seafood combination soup with lemongrass in starter, spicy beef curry, stir fried shrimp with broccoli, stir fried beancurd with sweet and sour sauce in main course and pumpkin custard, water chestnut in coconut milk, mango sticky rice, black sticky rice with coconut, banana in syrup in dessert menus.
